 I have never tried baking morning glory muffins. I am diabetic so am limited what I can add to muffins. Last week I made a batch of carrot muffins made Splenda brown sugar. They turned out really good. They had raisins and grated orange rind in them plus apple sauce and oil. So it made for a really moist muffin.
