ThrowBackThursday -Saturn Return, Maturity & CRYSTALS!!! Saturn is the no fun - reality check Stern Taskmaster Planet who requires us to learn lessons of life on life's terms and apply them to personal life issues and dealings with others. Where does Saturn (and Capricorn) sit in in the natal chart shows the focus of what lessons we need to learn in this life time? Saturn Returns to the same position where it was at birth about every 27 years and it effects last for about three years reaching fruitarian at 30. By the time we reach 30 years old - most of us are well into the Adult conspiracy. The Second Saturn Return happens in our late 50's reaching the Gateway at age 60 when we enter the circle of Sage and Crones. Important things to remember during your Saturn Return are the Return lasts three years or so from age 28-30, ,Expect changes, changes, changes, it is important to listen to what Saturn is trying to teach and apply that knowledge to challenges of life on life's term. Where were you at the age of 27 to 30 versus the age of 57 to 60 I was a bit of a wild child in my 20's. I had a biker boyfriend in my late 20's and worked as an emergency room receptionist, moonlighting as an exotic dancer. The Olympics came to Los Angeles and the city decided to clear out all the dancing bars thus I ended up doing community service. By the time I reached 30, I was in a serious relationship and married (not the biker although I wish I would have) At age 57, I was a hospice care provider and utilized what I learned to care for my late husband. Thus at the 1st Saturn Return - I entered marriage The 2nd Saturn Return - Widowhood. I suspect that I will be on the other side by the 3rd Saturn Return. Abracadabra

You ask an intriguing question.......Let's see....hmmmm....27 to 30, My husband and I were living very remote, off-grid on a little island in Howe Sound and I just had a baby boy........57 to 60, I was very involved in Art.....teaching it, doing it, displaying it......sat on the board of an Art Council and curated and organized art shows and worked on community art projects......,

How did I miss this blog??? Age 27 to 30 I was very busy rearing 4 children, had little time for anything else. Age 57 to 60 went back to work part time, made lots of new friends, and travelled to many wonderful places with my husband. Interesting blog, Star.
