Removed for abuse

Does anyone else have this problem??
Every day 3 or 4 guys send me emails and before I can read then
they are deleted for abuse. I wish I knew what they said to be
removed. Can anyone shed any light on this.

Why is it when you set your thermostat at 70f in the Summer,
you sweat In Winter you set it at 70f and you have to wear a
jacket. I have never understood......Help......
