Want an EV? You wouldn't even want one parked in your garage if you read some of the articles about how dangerous and toxic they really are. An interesting thing about EV is that last Century STATE OF THE ART Distribution centers began the change over from gas to electric power in all warehouse machines ... as in lift trucks, forklifts, reach lifts, clamp lifts, runabouts etc. .. everything. Today you're not going to find a gasoline powered 'anything' inside of an Amazon, UPS or any other big player in logistics.

T ISN'T JUST AMERICA. WE ARE HEARING A LOT OF SUCH STUFF HERE. I AM GLAD TO BE OLD SO I WON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH MOST OF THAT CRAP. NO WAY I WILL STOP EATING MEAT, SMALLER PORTIONS OK, LITTLE RED MEAT, OK, BUT NONE??? NO!!!!! MANY IMPROVEMENTS CAN BE MADE TO APPLIANCES THAT IS FOR SURE. BUT DOING AWAY WITH EVERYTHING? THAT IS PURE BS.

I'd like to see those articles ... THAT IS PURE BS. They are only banning what works and exchanging it for newer, more expensive machines that don't do a good job. Example is they are putting impellers in washing machines and taking out the agitator. An impeller uses less motion and water, the problem is it takes a couple washes to get your clothes clean. Might as well hand wash your laundry. So like the low flow toilets, it's supposed to save water, but now you'll have to run it twice, not only using more water, but electricity too.

The governments everyone/everywhere elected, work to be proactive about keeping their citizens safe. Some recommendations and some laws may seem silly to a few folks. The gov't is not out to get us, but trying to keep us healthy & safe.

US health department is a government agency, but yeah, they helped by refusing to give those men the cure. What? They like to see people suffer? Look up Tuskegee Syphilis Study and here are the reasons it was unethical: There are 6 main points which are regarded as highly unethical in the study: There was no informed consent. The participants were not informed of all the known dangers. The participants had to agree to an autopsy after their death, in order to have their funeral costs covered. Scientists denied treatment to some patients, in order to observe the individual dangers and fatal progression of the disease. Participants were not given the cure, even when it was widely known and easily available. The designers used a misleading advertisement: The researchers advertised for participants with the slogan; "Last Chance for Special Free Treatment". The subjects were NOT given a treatment, instead being recruited for a very risky spinal tap-diagnostic. And should we forget about the mustard gas experiment on our soldiers? Nope! Now we have young men who developed heart problems because of the C 19 vax. Now tell me again that we can trust our government to keep us healthy and safe! They prefer you eat bread, pasta and cookies and get fat and lazy and helpless and sick! They don't give a damn about you, or anyone else!

Ahhh..... To paint everything a government does with a negative brush is not reasonable. How about ALL the advances we have in safety because of government regulations. We can always find the negatives, but I think the positives far out weigh them. What would you suggest be done to change what we have now? btw: I'm a fiscal conservative, and also a strong supporter of social safety nets. I would just want governments to spend our money wisely. [Of course everyone has a different opinion as to what is 'wise'.

Safety for some, but even our public school system has not even installed seatbelts in school buses and at the same time if you are caught not wearing one you are fined. The government locked us down, causing small businesses to shut their doors forever, but yet the big box stores remained open during the C-19 scare. So things such as that should have people questioning their government. Spending money is what our government does best, and a lot of it is used to subsidize companies that end up failing, or wasted on useless studies that benefit only those who received the government grants. I have lost faith in what is left of our government, maybe you still have faith in yours neighbor, but I see only disaster in the near future if we don't get a handle on things here. .do as I have decided is the only thing we have left. 5 November 2024 is indeed a day of infamy. this will be the last chance we have to save what is left of the America we grew up in!! THE DAYS WILL END ... TIME WILL BE ETERNAL

And when the Communists come to my house, yank out my toilets my ceiling fans and my gas stove, that's the day I'm going to take a new look at the Republican Party
