I LOVE showing folks a pair of my Daughters favorite shoes to wear dancing!!!! She is a dancin fool...lol Some of my SFF friends met Her in Nashville at a Bash (Mott,,,CJC...Bruja...and many more) She is a real "Boot Scootin Gal" ... I say OUCH!!! when I see some of her shoes...lol ((HUGS)) Mary Lou ♥

I was so SUPRISED..that some of you remembered me. Sure did make me SMILE!!! I remember when this was a daily part of my life. Who would have thought in 1997 when I typed in the word "SENIOR" I would have found such a great place to make long time friends. I mean I may not talk to everyone I met at first...but most are still on my mind and in my Heart. Oh to go back to the days of old when it was one room and so much fun...no fussing just down right fun...lol. But I have always heard "Change is good" so for many I am sure it has been.
Many changes in all of our lives but still from time to time we show up here on SFF just hoping to see a old friend. I know I do. Some have moved on to visit with our Lord...some have married...and some have just moved on to something else. Life is way too busy now for many people...just trying to get through a day and no time for such as this...lol. Oh and some of us are guilty of Farmin so we don't come back to the home place as much...Yes I am one!!
I have to get back into the blogging mode...I have not done this in so long I almost forgot hom..lol. So don't forget me...and those of you that were kind enough to leave a comment on my last blog,,,THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I forgot how to answer each one of you so I will check that out next!! I hope to make new friends on here and chat with old friends...so watch for me...O.K. I will be looking for all of you . (((BIG HUGS))) to everyone ... Lov y'all, Mary♥

Hello to all and any of my dear old friends that might still be reading Blogs. Yes I am still around...Here and There...mostly There. Time to time I stop in to see how Folks are...and see if "GETS" has written any more "HEB" stories...darn him he needs to start writing again...lol. I love His stories about his visits to "HEB".
Well since I last did this I am doing GREAT. I have moved...I do hope for the LAST time. I don't like moving and I had 23 years of "STUFF" to move this time and what a mess that was. I found things I totally forgot I had and things I wondered WHY I still had....lol. I also found out I have enough Christmas Ornaments for everyone on SFF to decorate a tree. Well HAD... cleaned those out too. LOVE...LOVE ...LOVE my new home. We had Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner here this year. Sure was like Ol' times. I still have boxes to go through...and plenty of yard work to do...but life is good...LIFE IS VERY GOOD!!! Hope things are going well with all of you.

Hello Friends...Thought I had better post a little something and let everyone know I am still Alive!! I hardly ever come in here because so many friends have left and with all the new people I am lost! And I did start that Farming thing which does keep me pretty busy.
I was pretty much a wreck for 2 years....but I am here to say I survived all the pain, heartbreak and disappointment. I even smile again... so tell me a funny story and you will see.
I have a story for any of my Friends that are still around...yes it is about me...and YES it is funny...well I think so anyway. ... Several years back I got a gift from some of my close friends...it was in the day when everyone had a cutesy license plate on the front of their car. I SAID IT WAS SEVERAL YEARS BACK!!!! I didn't have one so a few got together and had me one made...How Sweet. Just for me... Well it said I D A ON IT...??? I SAID ..Y'all know my name is Mary....did you pick up the wrong one??? As they were attaching it to my car...I was assured it was the right one... and I was surely a IDA....HMMMM...well I did say they were VERY GOOD FRIENDS...or I would have been offended...cause it's not really a name...lol.. I ...stands for Incurable...D ...stands for Dumb...and... A... stands for AZZZ.... ♥♥SEE HOW WELL MY FRIENDS KNOW ME♥♥ LOL...LOL. My car wore the plate proudly...for a while. See some would have not taken that so well...but I was tickled that they cared and had so much fun out of the whole thing..."THAT'S MY STORY AND I'M STICKIN TO IT"..LOL
WELL... THAT'S ALL FOR NOW FOLKS...

Have you been getting e-mails from our SFF Friends that are NOT really from them?? Me too.. I have decided it has to be someone that has HACKED into our SFF acct. I have not recieved one from anyone that isn't a SFF Friend...have you??? Just a thought about this problem.

A little This and That...

This has been a strange summer ... Hot!! Too Hot to even work in my Garden..What Garden?? I don't have one.. Hardly any flowers this year. Even the trees are sheading leaves ..not the usual. I didn't even plant a Tomato plant. Of course part of the reason for that was my surgery...had it just about planting time. So no working outside.
My youngest and Family are moving home so I will have plenty of mowers to do my yard. I like to do it myself but I can't keep my lawn mower running half the time. Now out of the 5 of them surely someone will be able to fix stuff around here...lol. I will also have 4 extra doggies... two of which are already here. That gives me 4 with 2 more coming when all gets moved. My boys are loving Chica and Diego being here..they run their self out ..lol. Dora (the Mastif) and Tank (the rescued one) will be here this weekend...and Lordy Dora thinks She is my Lap dog...lol. And NO my lap isn't that BIG ..I hope!! I guess I won't have time to be depressed for a while... might cure me or Kill me??
Hope everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of JULY.. I will do the usual.. stay at home..away from all the traffic. People get down right crazy during the holidays and I'm staying out of the way..lol. I am going to do better about writing blogs... I miss everyone... (((HUGS))) to all... Mary ♥
