I am still hunting for that "OLLIE" . I am really hoping when Yard Sale time is here again I will find one..Cross your fingers for me!! We found one on "the bay" place but missed it a SFF friend saw it and told us but it was sold. Thank an and all my Friends that have taken the time to help me find one...(((HUGS))) Mary ♥

Well here I am in search of... PLEASE HELP... I am in search of a thing called an "Ollie" or a "Chickie Ollie" it's a childs toy and it's made by little tikes. It's a yellow ride on toy with wheels and has red yarn hair from the 70's. It was my youngest daughters pride and joy and we lost it years back when we moved. If you remember she is my own personal Angel and is always helping someone. It's my turn now to help her find this darn thing !! If you know anyone or happen to have one stuffed up in your attic I would love to buy it for her. She is one of those people that always does for others and will never take anything for it ...This would be my chance to kind of pay her back for all she has done... (((HUGS))) Mary ♥

The best part of this snapshot is what she said when she walked away. This is a family friend that we don't see but a couple times a year he is so busy working. He every year takes out a week to be at City Hall and see kids..He's a great Santa..my Grand has no clue who Santa is but she says He is "The Real Santa" . When she stepped back up to us she said "Mommy..Santa says he REALLY LOVES ME" Take a good look click on the picture!!! Mary ♥

Our Christmas Dinner yesterday 12-28-08

Well it's finally over.. lol. our Christmas dinner that is. I really didn't feel like going but Courtney (my 5 yr old Grand) was anxious to hand out the rest of the presents under the tree..lol.
It was to be at 1pm and I was fashionably late. But so was Julie (My youngest daughter). Everyone finally got there and consumed a ton of food. I ate very little, still not feeling by best. I realized I have been sick almost the complete Month !!
Before we ate we all went outside and watched Courtney ride her 4 wheeler she got from Santa..She was too funny..then she had her two 17 year old cousins Justin and Jonathan ride it...now that was funny to see..knees over the handlebars. Christa said "No way" I'll get dirty" She's 15, another cousin and to big for that stuff..lol.
I couldn't tell you what all we had to eat... I know we had Ham, chicken and dressing, homemade yams, corn casserole, deviled eggs and a bunch of stuff I didn't sample...lol. I took the yams and the Sausage balls...no one saw the sausage balls...lol. Once in the door my Son-in-law Hank took them from my hand and that was one big bowl never seen again!! That rascal hid them!!!! Funny no one realized till we were all going home and and he got several phone calls...lol.
I took a couple pictures of the confusion of unwrapping gifts...lol. I couldn't tell you who got what unless I bought it for them...lol. Or it was for me...As Rich, My deceased brother once said "Let the paper fly" when he came to Christmas one year..after that it was a joke between all of us. So everyone "Let the paper fly"!! courtney started out as Santa's helper..but seeing others unwrapp got the best of her. I left first about 7:30pm I was exhausted! I think everyone was gone by 9pm. IT'S OVER..IT'S FINALLY OVER!! lol
I am not quite ready to take the tree down...maybe in a few days...lol. Mary ♥

Those are the only 2 things I have been eating/drinking for a couple weeks now. This is NOT good with Christmas only days away!! I look forward to all the tasty things we have for the Holidays. Maybe not this year.
I was getting better , I thought. Saturday we had a little get together with Friends and Family and I was Great, feeling super!! Sunday I woke up with the same sort of stuff AGAIN..cough and OMG sore throat and chills. I am on antibiotic and cough med...seems the YUK just won't go away!! I may have to stay home for our dinner .
This year we are having our dinner the day after Christmas so everyone can be together. Well I may not be there now...  We have our sweet baby Rylee Anne with her first Christmas, mI can't miss that..
I guess I will be here on Christmas Day as I have been many other years. Being alone at Christmas is the pits!! But being alone sick is even worse!!
Do you do the day after sales??? I do if there is something I saw during Christmas I thought I might want. I have even been known to buy MYSELF a box of really good chocolates and really enjoy them because , for no other reason but they were half off...lol..lol My grand kids are much worse than adults...They can't wait for the day after to go to the sales...lol. They ask for money for Christmas and shop till they drop...lol. I guess that's part of being a Teenager..lol.
