Well we finally declined the job offer My hubby put in at Intel in AZ . We are going to move still but in a year or two. But for now we are staying in Vancouver wa a little longer

Well its Official Ron and both have decided not to take the job at Intel in Chandler, AZ. We have thought and thought about this and feel at this point its best to stay till the houseing market changes then sell our house and move then . It wasent a easy Decision to make . We sort of both wanedt to go so bad but think its best not to at this point for other reason.. Thankyou everyone who gave me their advice on this it helped me a lot . Just hope we dont regreat it . Dont think we will as when the time comes to sell our house then we will do our big move. We still have over a week before we have to let them know but for now we will turn it down. . Tracey & Ron .

Some might know my hubby put in a transfer to Intel at Chandler, Arizona . Well he got the job and they want him to start June 24. But now we are tossing up weather to go now. They pay us the money upfront to move plus even give you a 5 day all paid trip their for 5 days to find a place. Sounds all good hey. But their are some reason to go and not to go. They are Below.
(Reason to go)
1. Better weather
2. New job
3. Cheaper rent
4.New people
5.Closer to Ron's Home Alabama
6.Finally get away from bad
neighbors after 7 years.
( Reason not too )
1.All the work done on
current home over 7
years.
2. Ron looses a bonus
every three months
which is a couple
thousand dollars.
3. A possible home loss
if we cant keep
renters in house while
living in AZ.
4. Don't know how long
Bonus will last.
5. Wait till housing
market changes then
sell house to what
we owe bank then put
in for another
transfer.
These are some of our reason and we only been given 2 weeks to decide on offer . We both want to go so bad and then we both want to stay for some important reason. Could really use some advise on what we both should do. Thanks Tracey And Ron

My son Brandan who jumped from the 5th story of the hospital building is doing good. He has had surgery on his both broken smashed up feet and is resting . His broken ribs are hurting still but that will be a long healing one. The other injures are are healing as well. So all is good just a long recovery for him to go but thank-god he is ok....

Thank you everyone. Beep Beep the window was able to be open on the floor he was. And it was a hospital that he jumped from. They are now taking him outside every hour for his smoke so they can keep him calm. He has to have surgery on both legs soon as all the swollen goes down. They say its going to be a very long long recovery. He is in a lot of pain but they are trying to ease it with medications. The thing is my son wants what he wants and can not stand being in a place long at all. He is so addicted to smokes and goes though a pack a day and is addicted to dope as well . He does not want to stop and tells them no one wont tell him what to do so they are dealing with someone that is 6/4 and very very strong and is very violent. My son has been like this for years . I prefer him being locked up for safety but every place they put him he gets out so not sure what more they can do.

My 18 year old son Brandan just jumped out of a 5 story building because voices told him to. He has Schizophrenia. He is in the Princess Alexander Hospital with 2 broken legs and a fractured Vertabrae. Not sure what other injuries he has at this time. He has been sick for many many years and they seem to not be able to help him at all. I feel the next time I get a email from my dad is that he has killed himself. He is just getting worse and there appears to be nothing anyone can do to help him and he is so addicted to Cigarettes and Marijuana that he is driving every one around him crazy, because he can't smoke in hospital and he cant go any where with out a wheel chair. he keeps screaming out for a smoke. Every 2 minutes.As a mother I just don't know what to do for him as I don't live in OZ anymore .All I can do is just sit back and wait to hope he will now get the help he needs. I will be calling the hospital to see how he is doing later on today. Will update soon >>>>>...

Well Ron and I will be getting a place in Chandler, Arizona somewhere . We have sorted our house out here in Vancouver wa .We are renting it out though Property management. A place where the do monthly inspections on our home and make sure they don't destroy it. The rent will be the mortgage price we pay so more or less the renters pay our mortgage for us and this way when the market does change then we will sell it for what we owe the bank . So we have found houses in Chandler, Arizona 4 bedrooms 3 and half bathroom's with pool in back yard and new inside for under $1000 a month. We are so happy all is going our way and just have to wait for ts a all go and then Intel pays for the move and we find out when he will have to start .So Cant come sooner enough for me. Hate hate Vancouver wa.
So if anyone lives their maybe once settled we can visit each other .

My hubby had a meeting today at his job Intel about getting a transfer- to Arizona Intel. Two workers from the Intel Arizona were their to give people who wants to do the transfer and give them the information about it. We are just going to see if we can do a short sale on our house here in Vancouver wa and if it all goes well we should be in Arizona by summer time. If they wont then looks like we will have to stay here till market changes. We will be close to Phoenix Arizona . I am so crossing my hands as I want this and my hubby too. It all just comes down to this house and a short sale .
