I live in a small town, with one red light. one"mom and pop" grocery store, that I frequent almost daily...
This small grocery is a standout because of the quality fresh meat they offer and they cut to your specifications...
Their produce is all local and the best they can find...
Numerous items are available ie: assorted deli items, prepared foods, breads, some home baked, assorted frozen foods, inc. ice cream, lol...drinks, canned goods, paper goods, health and beauty items, etc, etc, etc...
The business is owned and operated by family and you become family once you are greeted by the employees...love shopping here...
Too many customers to make pictures inside, but clean and neatly stocked...
Also buy my gas here, thier prices are competive and equilivent to the local competitors...

Why SHOULD you drink water at night ?
I can't attest to the veracity of what is presented, but it seems to have a ring of truth to it
Something I didn't know:
I asked my Doctor why do I and other people urinate so much at night time.
Answer from my Cardiac Doctor:
Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright.
When you lie down and the lower body (legs and other things) seeks level with the kidneys,
it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!
I knew you needed a minimum amount of water to help flush
the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me.
Correct time to drink water... Very Important.

Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its effectiveness on the body:
2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
Please pass this to the people you care about......
My Physician told me that water at bed time will also help prevent night time leg cramps.
Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse.

I find drinking Canada Dry Tonic Water with quinine helps my leg cramps...

Mother Hen and the Masters Test

Though I'm an old mother hen and very proud to be
I've always felt more comfortable around roosters
and what they say to me
-
A group of old hens are vicious and always ready to attack
They even talk about each other say things you can't take back
Roosters are not that way they mind their own business need be
they help each other and make good friends and run the roost you see

They crow about the big picture not discuss all this petty talk
Making mountains out of molehills they just strut and gawk
The old hens they form a click some think they're better than the other
They spread gossip about their friends and each takes it a little bit further

Personally I like to stay in the barnyard wander pretty much on my own
When I want a serious conversation I find a rooster and invite him home
The old hens think I'm kinda strange that I'm stuck up and better than the rest
I'd like to call a meeting of the roosters in the barnyard and put that question
to the masters test

Trout Streams
In past days, my love and I
would travel to the Colorado mountain streams
Roughing the trails, and enjoying the challenge
fishing for rainbow trout, while fulfilling our dreams
The rough waters would flow down the mountain pass
fly fishing was tremendous fun
trailing along with the waters flow, sometimes we had to run
Reeling the trout in that we caught, so beautiful in the sun
The colors reflected the rays of same,
in Heavenly beauty, in aura of one
No longer do I fish, for trout in the streams
as my love has passed away
But often wonder if streams exist in Heaven
where he can fish all day
I sense that he would be happy, and remember our yesterday
