Crusing, Yes I Am Going To Go

I have thought about it long enough. I am going Cruising! Don't try and stop me by saying its dangerous, cost too much etc. Before something happens that will prevent me from accomplishing my dreams , I am going.
I'll eat my favorite foods and stop by to say Hello and make new friends along the way. I'll wake early and go to bed late. I'll dance under the sun and stars. Maybe I won't get caught as I laugh at life's set backs in a foreign area.
I will even pray in an unknown spot and lift up my heart felt needs for so many. Yes, I will be going Cruising.
Now that I have saved enough I will fill my gas tank and Cruise my Buick down the road of life and enjoy every minute of it I can. So wish me luck I get good gas mileage and bring smiles to those in need.

Wishing all my SFF friends a very Happy Blessed Easter Planning on spending my Easter saturday with family and grand kids. Oh, the candy will be flowing. ROTFL
Hope your al doing well and enjoying what ever it is that makes you happy. Oh, yes the gas is awful but what can we do.
The economy still sucks, my daughter got her notice she will loss her job in June. BIL 2 weeks ago went into work and was told it was his last day. I don't believe the President or news about economy as its just bad all over. My sister told me but I still buy a few. Plus I get tomato's on everything I eat out. LOL
Well all keep smiling and remember life is beautiful. We all want to get to Heaven, just don't want to go today. God Bless.

Awesome 3 Days

Its always wonderful to have good friends to share the joys of life with.
Friday we had a birthday party at son's house and we brought a good friend of ours. We all had the best time laughing and meeting and making even more friends. Then Sunday we always head out to a local little cafe for an early morning breakfast and chats with family & friends. We normally stay there about 2 hours just talking and enjoying our experience's we have together. Then today we met a couple of friends at a casino and had lunch.
To be with good friends who don't judge what you have or have not is a treasure. So wishing you all the same awesome days of friendship, laughter and food. Until I come again, be happy and smile.

What a Winter

Wow, what a winter and its not over yet. Right now its 33 degrees on the MS Gulf Coast and thats cold for us. Of course all living north of Jackson, MS, I feel for you. But then I grew up up North and loved it, sledding, snow forts, shoveling to make a few bucks,etc.
So what do we do on a day like today. Well I'm off to a party with family & friends and going to have a good time. Hope my grand kids don't squeeze me too tight. LOL
Really stopped by to say , "Hello", to so many wonderful people. I will try and come back more often , just there is always so much to do when your having fun. So please keep warm and always smile, it is good no matter what the Weather Channel says.
After all life is full of blessings, even when some may be in the form pf cold snowflakes.
I wish you all the very best for this month and be careful, want to see you back always. God be with you my friends.

Think Positive & Love Life

With all that is going on around us , no matter where we live, its sometimes hard to think positive. No matter what happens you can always be positive and think that way, just treat yourself as the best person there is you know. Like they say; Pay Yourself, First!
Pay yourself first with happiness and good things. You don't have to spend $$$$ to accomplish this , only if you want. A nice drive seeing the scenery around your home, town, county is a good start. Again, take time to smell the rose's. So its winter , snowing, raining, etc. It is still beautiful out there for us all. Like right now as I look out my window, the sun is shining and going down, but looks so good. Don't think of the negative that the weather man is telling you that is will snow or rain or this or that.
I have been up since 3:30AM and still going strong. Been shopping for the Wednesday specials, and even cleaned out vehicle's. Got all garbage out for pickup in morning, did some work on pool. Then did some good reading and had a great lunch to boot.
It has been all good and I know more is to come, just think good is coming and it will.
So know I leave you with this, smile and enjoy life no matter what come's your way. It will always get better, it will. whether you pray or not, it will only help if you believe it will. So do what come's best for you and be happy and love life each day and then think positive.

A Day of Near Misses....

Today was a day of near misses as other drives tried to cut me off , pass on a hill. I was thinking , how could they be in such a hurry if they flipped or had an accident, they surely would be late. But I did not see any accidents today, thank God. I did see a doe feeding on the side of the road which brought a smile to me.
So today was near misses for me. Plus a flat tire on my trailer and my riding mower with problems. I thought I was being tested for sure but I came out ahead as I thought how I was blessed to be sitting here typing away on SFF.
So my many friends please be careful out there on the roads of life. There are those who think they own more than you do and want to be first. But they have not read the Book.
The first will be last and the last will be first!
So good friends, I want you to smile and be happy for on this Monday we start another good week. Oh, Thanksgiving will be here soon and the joy it brings too. Plan on giving as much as I can to Salvation Army, Church for needy in area and then just be thankful for being able to help in some way.

Hello to all you wonderful people. It has been an awesome day for me in so many ways. I had to get some shopping and in doing so ran into many people I have not seen in a long time. I think its because I went to every store that I have not been to in too many months.
But the very best is I ran into my daughter , SIL and my new grand son Corbin. Oh, he makes my heart lite up with joy and he's only 7 weeks old. Each time I hold him in my arms, I know I have a blessing from God. I couldn't stop smiling and looking at him I'm sure just like other grand parents look at there new grand children. It is a true blessing to get old and see what joy a little bundle brings.
Having so many children and grand children spread across the country from coast to coast, is hard. Yes, North , South, East & West but still I love them all. Even the one's who do not talk to me are within my heart each day.
I just wanted to let all know how happy I truly am this day. Plus to hope & pray you too are as happy as I in what ever brings you joy my friends. You are blessed in so many ways and I am blessed to have you as SFF friends.
I've said enough and now I am going to cook some delis pasta.
I'll be back soon.
