I'm widowed, after 17 years of marriage to a really wonderful guy. Its been almost 5 years and I'm finally ready to move forward. That doesn't mean I'm looking for someone to occupy or monopolize my life, but it'd be nice to have someone to share some things with... my dogs are great, but they don't talk much, and most of my neighbors and friends are married which means they can't always just go.
My Ideal Person:
I'm looking for a buddy. Someone to share ideas, thoughts, and maybe even a good old fashioned debate about something intellectual. What I'm not looking for is someone that wants to be taken care of, that isn't self sufficient or is too labor intensive. I like my freedom, and living by myself. It just would be nice to have a companion.
