Hello" My name is Bill"..I live in Red Oak Texas. I grew up in Dallas and went to school there. I moved out to Red Oak in 1983 to get away from the big city, but it has started to creep in here. My family has lived here in Texas for many years. I own a small business in Dallas and am well known in my field. I have been on SFF since January 25th and have decided to update my profile a little bit. I have 4 children, 3 Daughters and 1 Son, and 2 Grandkids. I plan to retire soon but do not have a plan yet. I like to hunt and fish and prowl around Texas just to see what I can get into. Mostly around West Texas. I used to travel quite a bit but have not done much lately because I do not like to go alone. My kids used to go with me some but they are grown and have their own families now. I like to listen to music, mostly Country but like anything except or heavy metal. I like movies at home or a new one that is worthwhile, Can`t resist fresh Popcorn!!!! got to have it!....I like a Roaring Fireplace in cold weather and sleeping late when it is raining. I have traveled to Hawaii,2 times, Virgin Islands, Mexico but My favorite place is the Mountains in New Mexico or Colorado. I have a Deer camp in West Texas that I go to 7 or 8 times a year. Am not a kill for the thrill hunter, usually just shoot with a video camera but do take one now and then for venison. and when I go I stay all weekend so if you want to go with me, you had better be ready to see a lot of things like Antique shops and flea markets and some really good places to eat. There is an old Army Fort on the property where I camp. The Fort is named Ft. Chadbourne, it is half way between Abilene and San Angelo Texas. I like to get out early and go walking around the place and see the Deer and anything that is stirring. I also have a small fishing camp at Canton Texas. It is on a private lake and for members only. I have not been there lately but plan to start going more often. It would be nice to meet someone that likes the same things that I do. My hobbies are old cars and Violins/Fiddles. I can play a lot of things but am not a musician. I like to go to music shows when one is on that I like. I used to go out dancing but have not been in a while, would have to dust off my dancing boots. So if you want to meet and see what happens, then drop me a line and let`s get things going"
My Ideal Person:
I`am looking for that someone to talk to that likes me the way I`am and appreciates the same things I do. She would have to be honest and open minded and like some of the same things I do.
