Old movie buff, animal lover, independent and a private person are a few things that describe me. My 'children' are three dogs, a cat, and a canary named Ziggy Stardust. I moved to Western NC from San Francisco nine years ago, and am still trying to acclimate myself to country living.
I enjoy dining at quality restaurants and one of my most memorable vacations was a trip to Italy where I ate and sampled wine throughout the whole country. What cuisine and the people were wonderful!! Of course, the history and architecture were breath taking (I'm a bit of a world civilization buff). Makes one feel very insignificant next to temples built thousands of years ago.
I find it difficult to describe oneself in a few sentences. The best way to get to know someone is to actually chat with them.
