Though I always find it difficult to write about myself, I know that is the only way you will start to know me. So, I will start with the basics. I have a very outgoing, warm, and I'm told "sunny" personality, and am happy most of the time. I love being around people, and have many friends, though one of the things I miss in life is sitting across the table from a man. I have many different interests. I love music. I spent many years as a professional classical singer after having taught music the first few years after college. My mid-life crisis consisted of a total career change...I went to nursing school. Oncology nursing was my thing. I know work as a contract clinical research specialist (my retirement job!!). So, as you see, I've had lots of varied life experience, but not enough yet! Hopefully, new experiences will continue to come my way. Maybe you can help  .
My Ideal Person:
I'm most interested in someone who can be a friend first. What happens next...well, who knows? Are you someone who can be affectionate and return the love and caring I'm able to give you? Do you have a great sense of humor? Can you laugh at yourself? Hopefully, you have a serious side, too, and like the arts, enjoy concerts (who knows, maybe even opera!) It would be great if you played a little golf, because right now I have no one to play with!! How sad. I hope you have a sense of adventure, and are an active person. Some of htese qualities would be great.
