I believe in the goodness of people and the grace of God. I am a hopeless romantic that believes that rainy afternoons were meant for snuggling with someone you love, and that breath taking sunsets were meant to be shared by leaning against one another and holding hands. And, I am stopped in my tracks at the sight of an elderly couple embracing the years of their love and devotion. I am past the stage of setting the world on fire. I'm just looking for the "one" to share in the simple pleasures in life. I am no longer overly concerned about the size of my butt, the grey in my hair, glasses, a little arthritis, and wasting time worrying about things I can't change as those things aren't really important. I love the simple life of holding my grand babies, petting dogs and cats, stopping to smell the roses, and enjoying a hot cup of chocolate cuddling on the sofa with my special one listening to some great relaxing music. Of course now and then I do appreciate a night on the town.
