They always have.
I have been brave and talked with some of those women, and I've become friends with many of them. But I, too, seek a relationship wherewith I be to and of and with a perticular singular and especial woman. For the rest of all time. [don't we all?]
I work independently out of choice and of necessity, and this makes a certain sort of women antsy. I can work with my hands and make money, anywhere, any time, and I'm good at it - I am an electrician. I can work with my mind and knowledge and make money, anywhere, any time, and I'm good at that, too - I am a teacher. Right now I work as an electrician, and I've been a teacher for over 25 years.
I read books, newspapers, magazines, eyes, the skies, winds and moods, and I am a passionate person in speech, action and step.
I sing songs, play a guitar, hear music everywhere, and I can pick up a song and play it but I can't read music at all.
I smoke what is available, and I suppose that's a last-straw for many women in this country for it is very unpopular to be with a man who smokes. I also cook good food but appreciate good meals created with and by someone else even more.
I care for others, I give of myself for all, and I live for a free and decent community and family even where there isn't one.
