It is a difficult task to accurately describe oneself, but here goes: I am a 72-year-old woman, non-smoker, very moderate drinker. I've been told I look and act younger and that I am attractive. Activity and positive thinking must be the answer and is certainly the key to a rich and rewarding life. World travel is my passion, as is sailing, hiking, skiing, dancing, romantic dinners with candleglight. My spirit is rejuvenated in the mountains and, believe it or not, I enjoy fishing (a bit squeamish about worm bait, though). I enjoy most music from classical to jazz to Cajun to country/western--no hard rock or heavy metal for me, thanks. I attend the Methodist church and am probably not as involved as could be, but I definitely believe there is a divine purpose for all of us. I am retired at a modest level. My friends and family are my most valuable assets.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a man who is comfortable with himself, is a good conversationalist and is able to communicate feelings. Honesty, sincerity, integrity, caring, affection, intelligence (tempered with a sense of humor and child-like fun) and physical activity are all traits I value. There must be a spiritual/religions component to all of these great qualities. Age range should be +/- (close to) 70 years. Need non-smoker, moderate drinker, and would prefer a retired and financially independent man. Hmmmmm, not choosy am I?
