Who am I? Oh, to be a philospher. Let's see: a semi-retired professional, educated W/M. Divorced; no children, no grandchildren. Great sense of humor (some have said I make a joke out of everything). Pretty quiet, but that's all the better to listen. I enjoy good company, good food, and gut-bustin' laughter. I also enjoy traveling for pleasure; my favorite type is a cruise vacation. Don't smoke, don't drink (both have to do with health-consciousness, not moral superiority). What is it they say? I'm in pretty good shape for the shape I'm in; I try to live a healthy lifestyle. Not necessarily looking for a long-term relationship (a result of expectation management), but not necessarily opposed to one either (willing to "commit" to the right person, depending upon the chemistry). Part of my semi-retirement involves digital photography, which I enjoy getting outside. And with an interest in photography, I'd prefer seeing a picture of you before we meet, so please have one on your profile, attach one to your e-mail, or send one later.
My Ideal Person:
What am I looking for? What are any of us looking for: an intersting companion. The person I seek is educated (preferrably a batchelor's degree ... or, more preferrably a "batchelorette" degree ... lol). You can speak on a variety of subjects; extensive knowlege about the subject is not required ... lol. You enjoy adult companionship. You too would enjoy an occasional dinner companion, trusted confidant, possible travel companion, and, eventually, lover (not necessarily in that order ... lol). Drinkers are okay, but problem drinkers are not. Non-smokers preferred, but smokers are okay too (the lighter the better). In the long run, I guess I'm looking for someone who gets me. Oh, yeah, and you enjoy being photographed.
