I am a very active lady, young at heart, and a true romantic. I'm a retired teacher who continues to work part-time. I enjoy life and people and taking time to 'smell the roses'. I am finishing a romance novel that I hope to publish and have several chapters of a second book already completed. I enjoy traveling and exploring whether by plane, ship or car. Sitting on the beach, by the pool, in front of the fireplace or television with a great guy sounds ideal. I enjoy reading, theater, movies (renting or going to), museums, traveling, searching for antiques or rummaging through boxes at yard sales. I love animals and have three cats. I have a dozen really great receipes that I enjoy cooking and after that I'll be happy to make a reservation.
My Ideal Person:
I'm looking for you to be an honest and caring man...someone who respects women and is not interested in playing 'head-games'. I have a great sense of humor and would love you to be someone who not only can appreciate it but also can keep me laughing. I have found that laughter helps get through the good and the tough times. I hope that you are a good conversationalist as well as a good listener. I'm into a healthy lifestyle but I'm not a fanatic about it. My hope is that you are interested in eating healthy and taking care of yourself but won't mind eating a hot fudge sundae once in awhile.
