So, I get into my kayak and go for a paddle. Then, I hot tub, gaze fondly at myself in the mirror - maybe take another interesting self-portrait, thinking of The Mirror by Tarkovsky, of course---and read: Blindness or the Tale of the Unknown Island by Saramago. Later, humming to myself, I head for the Hummingbird center for a meeting with Wozzek or Papagena or Shostakovich, pausing in Kleinburg and AGO on the way. I try to do some squashing and fluttertongueing every day. As a hedonist and accomplished navel gazer, the same sort of thing applies wherever I might be in the world.
My Ideal Person:
Where are you and what are you doing at the same time? You will have an artistic, literary, musical, athletic background (wow) and will suffer similar agonies ...... and live nearby. Really, we should have a cuppa somewhere and see if we can do some things together. ........birds of a feather, usw......with emphasis on the flocking. Sense of the absurd essential.
